Post-Construction Cleaning

Detailed cleaning for small and medium projects: tenant improvements, renovations, townhouses, small multi-unit residential projects, offices, retail spaces and clinics.

Scope & service details
  • Fine construction dust removal; floors, baseboards, doors, frames and finished surfaces.
  • Millwork, cabinets, counters and fixtures; kitchens and washrooms.
  • Interior glass, partitions, window frames, sills and accessible tracks.
  • Minor labels, adhesive and residue where removal will not damage finishes.
  • Final detailing before inspection, handover or occupancy.

Rough, final and touch-up cleaning are available depending on the project, including optional touch-ups after deficiencies or returning trades. Every project receives a customized written scope.

Excluded unless expressly quoted: large construction debris, hazardous materials, active construction areas, exterior work at height and specialized restoration.

Recurring Office Cleaning

Scheduled cleaning for small and medium offices and commercial workplaces, weekly, multiple times per week or on another agreed schedule.

Scope & service details
  • Waste and recycling removal; vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning.
  • Washroom cleaning and restocking; kitchens and breakrooms.
  • Desks and work surfaces when authorized; accessible surface dusting.
  • Interior glass, entrance detailing and high-touch-point cleaning.
  • Periodic detailed cleaning by request.
